If you would like to purchase a gift voucher for a specific amount or have any questions, please contact us by email at information@dengamleby.dk or by phone at +45 86 12 31 88. 

The gift voucher can be used to purchase tickets or annual passes as well as in Restaurant Gæstgivergården and in the Museum Shop. If you are an annual pass holder, you will, as always, receive 10% off your purchase – even if you use your gift card. 
Terms and conditions: The gift voucher is valid for 3 years from the date of issue and can be redeemed at all of Den Gamle By's permanent sales points.
All terms cf. Section 3 of the Limitation Act (the general limitation periods), Section 96 of the Payments Act (issuance and redemption of electronic money).
If a gift voucher is lost, we can retrieve it, but this requires that the order number be provided. We therefore encourage you to save the receipt for the purchase.
